Alexa (she/they) and sister Parker (she/her) were raised abroad as members of a religious group that their family ultimately decided to leave. In this open conversation, the siblings discuss the unexpected after effects of abandoning their way of life to discover that much of what they were taught to believe was in fact “fairy tales.”
