Dr for a natty individual who has high psa, can they take DHEA to increase muscle growth without side effects or challenges with prostate or increased psa or not being able to urinate? Would taking the DHEA increase muscle growth? And what would be the Mg's to take?

What's your opinion about frontloading? 750mg test E + 600mg deca every week for 8 weeks and in 1st week 1500mg and 800mg. Or it's better starting with low dosage (250+200) and bumping up every 2 weeks? I mean: weeks 1-2: 250mg+200mg / weeks 3-4: 500mg+400mg ecc ecc up to 1000 and 800.

I have a history of rectal colon cancer in my family and I would like to ask the good doctor, if he can recommend the best supplements for gut and colon health and how to avoid getting this awful disease later in life. I’m on 160mg of cypionate a week(80mg twice a week) and 500iu of Hcg. I just had my bloodwork and my total test is 1197, free test is 298, shbg is 25 and estradiol is 88. I’m having water retention and brain fog and wondering if I should take an aromatase inhibitor or should I lower my dose instead. Do you think my estradiol is too high?
