REAL LIFE!!!

The torrential rain didn’t stop me and the show did indeed go on!!

Despite arriving drenched, sodden and very hot and flustered, I made it with seconded to spare, and with enormous joy and gratitude that’s another 2 happy life milestones ticked off :-)

1. Appearing at Mind Body Spirit Festival as a keynote speaker and energy expert signing my latest book 37 years after attending my first show as a teen with my mum! Yes Thirty Seven whole years. Oh my!

2. Meeting my lifelong hypnotist hero, Mindvalley Coach Paul McKenna now running and teaching his Havening Techniques® , as a fellow speaker and author. Can’t tell you how many nights of my life I went to sleep listening to his ‘7 Days to Change Your Life’ CD!!!! NB Self-hypnosis works - hence certifying as a hypnotist myself back in 2017 hashtag#ifPaulisntavailableyoucanbookme 🥰

I didn't hide my inner chaos, but instead turned the frantic rain dash into a chance to emphasise the ever dynamic flow of personal energy as we dance with life’s unpredictability. ✨✨✨

Rather than pretend I was a calm polished me poised in a floaty dress, I brought the honest truth of the rushed turmoil as a beautiful example for my talk's essence 'Energy Mastery in Mid-Life' - hot flushes, wrecked makeup, wild hair and all! 💫💫💫

So thank you Universe for the raw and real lesson of going with the flow 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
