ReMastered notes:

I resynched the entire show (where available) with a new higher quality lossless FLAC 16-44 soundboard source taken from the LiveMetallica Vault.
Compared to the old soundboard used on the dvds this one had overall better dynamics, volume and bitrate so I thought it was worthwhile.

To make the show as complete as possible I used two different dvd sources.
The main one used is a master upgrade to the "2nd source", which had some stuff missing (like the ending of Creeping Death and everything after The Four Horsemen).
For these missing parts I used the "2 cam mix" dvd release to fill in the blanks.

For the master source I upscaled and de-interlaced the original PAL DVD-files from 576p at 25i to 720p at progressive 50fps, for the low gen parts filling in the missing parts you'll notice it runs a little choppier.

Overall it's still not a 100% complete in neither video nor audio but with the material available to me this should now be the definitive version of this show.
