This was the first time that the band has played in Bergen.

Breadfan was played for the first time since November 11, 2004 in Nashville, TN. This was also the first time that Breadfan was played in the middle of the set. In the past, it has normally either opened the show or been in one of the encores.

So What! was mistakenly played instead of Motorbreath. James was so used to going right into So What! after Last Caress from the first leg of the tour that he automatically started playing it without realizing what the setlist actually said.
