Double header of racing | First track race of 2022

The clocks have gone forward, the sun is out for longer (kind of) and it's time to find out if we need to replace those 5mm spikes from last season...Outdoor track season IS BACK!

Over the last weekend, I have raced twice - a road relay followed by a season opening track race - the classic 600m.

Why do we run the 600m and how should you run it? Like a 400m? an 800m? How do you decide on a strategy?
Here are my thoughts on it and how I got on in the race...let me know what you think!
