Here's how you should change both paper and ink with our printers

Step 1: Open the printer by pushing the "open" button
Step 2: Prepare paper and ink
Step 3: Open paper area by pressing the black "space bar like" button at the top of the printer
Step 4: Remove paper remnants
Step 5: Place new paper on spacers by inserting the spacer into the paper core. Gently push the white pieces in the middle of the spacer to reduce friction.
Step 6: Place the paper into it's original position and feed the new roll under the white wheels situated at the bottom of the printer near the hinges
Step 7: Continue to feed the roll until you hear a beeping sound
Step 8: Close paper area
Step 9: Take out the ink holder (green cassette)
Step 10: Remove old ink
Step 11: Place the ink in the corresponding openings of the cassette
Step 12: Insert the cassette with new ink
Step 13: Close printer
Step 14: Catch excess papers (3)
