Before moving to step 1 make sure that your Laptop / PC Secure boot is disabled from Bios

Go to start Menu Type Command Prompt right click and run it as administrator
Type this Command
bcdedit /set testsigning on

if operation is successful you are good to move ahead

Step 4: Restart Your PC
