MAYDAY. Excessive engine vibration due to bird strike | Frontier Airbus A321 | Orlando, Real ATC

THIS VIDEO IS A RECONSTRUCTION OF THE FOLLOWING SITUATION IN FLIGHT:

03-AUG-2022. A Frontier Airlines Airbus A321 (A321), registration N709FR, performing flight FFT1334 / F91334 from Orlando International Airport, FL (USA) to LaGuardia Airport, NY (USA) during climb out of Orlando declared MAYDAY, reported bird strike that caused excessive engine vibration and requested return to Orlando International Airport.

FFT1334: Frontier Flight 1334, declaring an emergency at this time. We’ve had a bird strike on the left hand side. We’ll need radar vectors back down to the field, please.

FFT1334: Alright, 005 and we’re down to 5000, Frontier Flight 1334.

APPROACH: Frontier 1334, Approach, hello… 3004.
FFT1334: Alright, 1334, roger. Hey, if you don't mind, can we continue on this heading, just run a couple of checklists, if you don’t mind.
APPROACH: Yeah, how long do you need because I'd run out of airspace and then you're gonna get up with the Sanford. I don’t really have much traffic, so you can go westbound in 3 miles and just box you around, does that work?
FFT1334: Well, right now ... so we took the bird strike and it was causing excessive engine vibration and currently monitoring the situation and it seems to have mitigated itself, but nonetheless we're probably gonna wanna get that engine looked at. So we'll just run off some checklists, and once we get done with that we can probably start heading towards the airport.
APPROACH: 1334, I copy that. Can you accept any turns to the west while you evaluate that kind of stuff, I'll leave you flying for a little bit?
FFT1334: That’s fine, sir, Frontier Flight 1334.

HOW I DO VIDEOS:
1) I monitor media, airspace, looking for any non-standard, emergency and interesting situation.
2) I find communications of ATC unit for the period of time I need.
3) I take only phrases between air traffic controller and selected flight.
4) I find a flight path of selected aircraft.
5) I make an animation (early couple of videos don’t have animation) of flight path and aircraft, where the aircraft goes on his route.
6) When I edit video I put phrases of communications to specific points in video (in tandem with animation).
7) Together with my comments (voice and text) I edit and make a reconstruction of emergency, non-standard and interesting situation in flight.
