HIGH SPEED landing. Flight control issue | Air Transport International B763 | Los Angeles, ATC

THIS VIDEO IS A RECONSTRUCTION OF THE FOLLOWING SITUATION IN FLIGHT:

12-APR-2022. An Air Transport International Boeing 767-300 (B763), registration N433AZ, performing flight ATN3597 / 8C3597 from Los Angeles International Airport, CA (USA) to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, KY (USA) after departure reported flight control issue and requested delay vectors. Later the pilots declared an emergency and returned back to Los Angeles International Airport.

ATN3597: Roger.
ATN3567: Can you provide vectors for us out here?
DEPARTURE: Yes, sure thing, Air Transport 3597 Heavy, just fly present heading. And what altitude would you like to hold at? Would you like to do like a max conserve altitude or does 5000 work?
ATN3597: 5000 will work for now and we’ll maintain this current heading for now, Air Transport 3597 Heavy.
DEPARTURE: Okay, just let me know if you need anything else.
ATN3597: Air Transport 3597 Heavy, I’m pretty sure you’re pretty busy up there but when you get a chance let me know if you’re gonna need to recover or if you think you're gonna be able to get it fixed.
DEPARTURE: Air Transport 3597, turn right heading 360.
ATN3597: Right 360, Air Transport 3597 Heavy.
COMMENTS: It seems that controller instructed the pilots to turn left on heading 310. Unfortunately, it wasn’t recorded.
ATN3597: Okay, left 310 and we’re ready to land back in the LAX whenever you are.
DEPARTURE: Okay, and understand you’ll be an emergency then and if I can get souls on board and fuel on board.
ATN3597: Yes, we’ll declare an emergency and 2 souls on board, for Air Transport 3597 Heavy.
DEPARTURE: You said 2 souls and fuel?
ATN3597: 2 souls and fuel is 58.6.
DEPARTURE: You said 58.6K?
ATN3597: Affirm.
DEPARTURE: Okay, roger that and nature of the emergency is just flight control issues?
ATN3597: Flight control issue, yes, sir.
DEPARTURE: Roger.
ATN3597: And Los Angeles, Air Transport 3597 Heavy, we will be requesting the ILS RW 25R. If we can have a long final that will be great so we can work through our problem.
DEPARTURE: What did you need… request on final?
ATN3597: Just a long final, if you can give us a long final for the ILS 25R.
DEPARTURE: Uh, yeah, to get stabilized. What do you need, like 15 or more?
ATN3597: Yes, that’ll work, 15 miles should be good.

HOW I DO VIDEOS:
1) I monitor media, airspace, looking for any non-standard, emergency and interesting situation.
2) I find communications of ATC unit for the period of time I need.
3) I take only phrases between air traffic controller and selected flight.
4) I find a flight path of selected aircraft.
5) I make an animation (early couple of videos don’t have animation) of flight path and aircraft, where the aircraft goes on his route.
6) When I edit video I put phrases of communications to specific points in video (in tandem with animation).
7) Together with my comments (voice and text) I edit and make a reconstruction of emergency, non-standard and interesting situation in flight.
