3 Large Russett Potatoes (or 6 Smaller potatoes)
12 to 14 Apricots
A Pinch of Salt
Another Pinch of Salt
2 Eggs
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Handful Plain Bread Crumbs
