Ingredients:
4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Handful Granulated Sugar
1 Pinch of Salt
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
A little Flour for rolling the dough
About 1 to 1 1/2 Cups Crisco Shortening
Canola Oil or other cooking oil - enoug for 1 1/2" deep in frying pan

Serve with Apricot Preserves or other
