Mahlkonig EK43 Restored: 2 Misunderstood Genius

I've put my used Mahlkönig EK43 back in perfect working order. Here's the full restoration. This is the most surprising and interesting coffee grinder I've ever encountered. Simple and straightforward, yet subtle and unique, and widely misunderstood. If you think you know this machine, check out this video. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least.
