Easy DIY Coffee Grinder Burr Alignment

A simple, precise method to align the burrs on many machines, here using the Eureka Mignon Specialita, which is focused on #espresso. Easily adapted to most other brands of #coffee_grinder with flat steel burrs. Unlike the Hale method, my technique involves no permanent changes or destructive methods. NOTE: I would not recommend this for ceramic burrs.
