Zumba and dance workouts are a very good cardio training and it makes lot of fun and with this additional training you will keep yourself even fitter

Everyone starts somewhere So I really wanted to create an abs workout that was good for beginner - and still very effective.

And listen ... it even has pauses! : D.
(If you feel the breaks are too easy: just continue the last exercise during the break and jump into the new move as soon as I start.)
