MSNBC viewership ratings plunge after Donald Trump's election victory
Left-winged news organisation MSNBC has seen its viewership ratings plunge following Donald Trump’s presidential election victory.
MSNBC’s primetime viewership has dropped 54 per cent in the days following the election, according to a report.
The left-leaning channel saw a daily average of 1.1 million views in October, but those numbers dropped dramatically last week.
Only 736,000 tuned into MSNBC last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, the days following Trump’s White House win.
The viewership numbers were collected using Nielsen Media Research data reported by Fox News.
