There is always so much chat around this 2500 calorie number and so I wanted to clarify things in this video for you so that you don't get hung up on this number that came out of the book, No Period Now What, because a lot of you are thinking that this is some magic number that you just need to hit in order to recover you period after going through amenorrhea.
Chances are though you are going to have to go above this mark for sometime in order to truly nutritionally rehabilitate your body. I know that can seem scary to most but I promise you you will want to get your period back and fully recover!
