How To Build A Skateboard Ramp.....out of cotton sheets????

I've wanted to try this out for a while now, basically you can cover non synthetic sheets with a wet cement/ sand mix (50/50) and then put them on a frame. It turned out pretty good, really solid and not too heavy. It'd probably work best if you had a bit of metal at the bottom of the ramp, but this held out o.k for experimental purposes. I think this could work really well for a small mini ramp if you did it in sections. A concrete mini ramp which you could dismantle and reassemble would be pretty amazing I reckon.
