15 Min Ashtanga Daily Minimum

Join me for the "daily minimum" of the Ashtanga Yoga sequence(s). This is a great short 15 minute Ashtanga Yoga practice to do when you are trying to maintain the momentum of a daily practice but don't have the time for a longer session. It is also a good way to begin to build an Ashtanga practice, as it lays the ground work for many of the postures that will come to follow as your practice grows.
This roughly 12 minute session consists of 3 sun salutation A's, 3 B's, the last 3 seated postures that come before savasana (final resting pose) as well as a short stay in savasana. So, whether you are in maintenance mode or are looking to begin an ashtanga advanture this is a great sequence to squeeze into your day.
