30 DAY BODY TRANSFORMATION + NO DIET! | FITNESS JOURNEY
Chloe Ting results are in!
Today I decided to finally talk openly about my fitness journey!!! It has been a very long time that I was really unhappy with my body and weight gain. over the course of two years I tried so many different diets and workout programs without successfully actually completing any of them. I guess my mindset was all over the place and I had no drive to stay consistent.
Since going on lockdown I gained even more weight and lost so much of my self-confidence as I truly didn't know what I was seeing in the mirror!
End of April something finally clicked and I decided to give it my all! I started workout every single day for one hour to an hour and a half, I watched my carbs intake and started drinking a lot of water!
I started by doing Chloe Tings 24 days hourglass workout program and along with that I also incorporated 35 minutes of Hit Cardio workouts that I found on youtube.
I rotate the videos each day so I can target my entire body while the toning workouts are more specific, targeting my abdominal area, butt, hip dips, and waistline.
I like a more hourglass shape so I'm doing more workouts that give me those results.
I don't diet but I do watch the number of carbs I eat! I try to do fewer carbs and more veggies, fruits, and protein. I drink a lot of water that I started infusing with fruits to give it some flavor.
Each week I started noticing a difference and that kept me motivated to keep pushing, I also started speaking words of affirmation and training my mind to think more highly of myself. I told myself every day that I can do anything I give my all to no matter how hard it can be in the process.
It has officially been one month since I started my fitness journey and I've never looked back!
I love my current results, I feel like myself again and I'm so proud that I didn't give up!
I still have a long way to go in order to achieve my body goals but in 4 short weeks, I've made such a huge improvement.
I'm doing this video in order to share my journey with y'all and to let everyone know that all you have to is START! Stay consistent and tell yourself every single day that you are worth looking at and feeling your best!
