Healthy snack for kids and adults - no flour, no eggs

These are the healthiest caramel cups that you ever had! I believe dates are healthy, and so are oats, and other ingredients in this recipe. So you can enjoy them guilt-free and give them to your kids.
Ingredients (makes 12 caramel cups):

For the crust
- 2 cups oats
- 3 tbsp grounded flaxseeds
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cup dates

For the caramel filling
- 1 cup dates
- 2-3 tbsp oat milk
- 3 tbsp peanut butter

For the chocolate topping
- 50 grams of dark chocolate (or my homemade coconut oil chocolate https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i07_WqFmGnw)
