Homemade Granola - gluten-free, oil-free, no oats

This might not be a usual way of making granola - but I love it! It contains nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and a little date syrup as a sweetener (but you can use another sweetener, of course!).
What I love about it is that I can add it on top of almost any of my breakfasts, really - yogurt, smoothies, and even oatmeal or other cereal porridge. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp grounded flaxseeds + 3 tbsp water
