Southern Potato Salad | Side Dish | Best Potato Salad

This perfect potato salad is the best potato salad you're ever going to make. It's yummy and the perfect side dish year around.

Ingredients

3 pounds Russet potatoes; Cut in 1/8ths
1 1/4 cups real mayo (I use Duke's)
2 1/2 tablespoons Sweet pickle relish
3 Green onions; White tops sliced. Green part chopped and reserved for garnish.
4 Slices Turkey Bacon
1 tablespoon Dill; Chopped
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
5 Large eggs; boiled then sliced
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
