Once again My prints Do Not Match My Monitor

This will never really end.
The fact is one can NEVER get a print that absolutely matches the monitor.
A monitor displays via back lit illumination and Prints are viewed via reflected illumination.
1: You need to establish that the printer can produce a perfect print from a Standard Image without ANY manipulation from the user letting the printer driver control color.
2: Now you need to Calibrate your monitor so you be sure that your edits are indeed correct and meaningful.
This can only be accomplished by using a good hardware based calibrator such as those by X-Rite
3: Now you can print images by either letting the Printer Driver control color or by using the paper manufacture's ICC profiles using a color Managed Workflow.

Once you nail these three steps down you should never have a problem with incorrect rendition of your images on paper.
