Sourdough Pie Crust Recipe:
• 375g - Organic All-Purpose Flour
• 6g - Salt
• 40g - Coconut Sugar
• 1 Cup Butter Melted (2 sticks)
• 166g - Sourdough Starter
Gallette: it’s like an open face pie
• Prepare sourdough crust (add recipe) and roll our 1/2 mixture till 1/4 in crust
• Preheat oven to 375
• Add 2-3 Tbsp arrow root powder
•1 Tbsp coconut sugar
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp salt
• Pour mixture in the middle of crust. Leave 1 1/2 inches-2 inches around edge to fold over.
• Fold crust edges over mixture. Egg wash edges. Lightly salt or sugar edges. Bake for 20 mins.
