CANUARY | Canning Pulled Pork Using Our Homegrown Pastured Pork

Jeni and I will show you how we can pulled pork! We season our pork shoulder with our homemade rub before putting it into the smoker!! We love doing this for quick easy meal later on. And canning all this adds to our pantry and food stores. Canning is a great way to preserve your meats and they have a shelf life of a very long time!!

3 TBS - Kosher Salt (we just usually use the Real Salt listed above).
2.5 TBS - Garlic Powder
2 TBS - Black Pepper
2 TBS - Paprika
1.5 TBS - Onion Powder
1.5 TBS - Celery Seed
1 TBS - Mustard Powder
1/2 TBS - Cayenne Pepper
1/2 TBS - Cumin (Recently Added this one)
