Extended arms for better connectivity options
Arms are elongated to support wider conveyor belts between the grid and pick position. By extending the gap to 622mm, a whole new range of 3rd party equipment can be fitted to increase efficiency for the supply chain and to place VAS right in front of the operator.

A workstation with the worker in mind
By studying the minute to minute work situation at our CarouselPort, we have redesigned the front-end to adapt better to the human figure. A vital new gap design for better feet positioning together with three-way slidable safety-plate reduces fatigue and makes the work environment ergonomically pleasant. Operators can now lean on the workstation while working the bins.

Built like a tank
We formed the CarouselPort 3 with clean, red aluminum plates; lighter and stronger furniture adapt for warehouse environments around the globe. A thick, new stone-like top-plate in Kerrock-material designed for years of repetitive movements. Our most robust and durable design ever.

Upgraded safety design
Improved safety-plate with better accuracy and a three-way movement instead of four follows the circular motion of the arms more intuitively. With the optional placement of port controller, the safety stops better adapts to the surrounding work area.

Tech that works
The best-selling workstation is now entering on its third generation after the inception in 2010. More than 1000 workstations are in operation today. The tested and trusted technology is with minor upgrades and will still deliver with the same reliable and efficient firmware and hardware as before.
