How To Combine Weights With Calisthenics | Sample Hybrid Workout
🔥 Have you ever wanted to combine a weightlifting workout with a calisthenics workout? 🔥
There are many ways you can do this and in this video I will show you one routine that I did recently at GoGym in Chiang Mai.
The routine description and demonstration of the exercises is in the video, but for reference, I will also include it below. The weights used and the reps performed in the video are simply to reflect what I did in this particular workout. For some people it might be too easy and for some too challenging. Either way, don't focus so much on the numbers, but more on the structure of the routine. You can then fill in your own weights and reps to make it work for you.

ROUTINE:
4 ROUNDS X 4 TIMES = 16 ROUNDS
Exercises in each round are done with no rest and paired (a) to (b).
Rest 2-3 minutes between each round.
ROUND 1:
a) Weighted Pullups with Weighted Dips
b) Bodyweight Pullups with Bodyweight Dips
ROUND 2:
a) Barbell Clean & Press
b) Bodyweight Pullups
ROUND 3:
a) Barbell Bench Press
b) Bodyweight Pushups
ROUND 4:
a) Machine Front Squat (V-Squat)
b) Leg Press
Go through all 4 rounds and then repeat 4 times.
Have fun!
