Bodyweight Foundations | Mobility Routine (w/ Instructions)

It's important to incorporate a good mobility routine into your exercise regimen. This easy to follow mobility routine is great for beginners and intermediate level practitioners alike.

You will be shown how to stretch after a workout using 8 different movements. They are ordered sequentially starting with the upper body and gradually moving down toward the back and eventually the hips, groin and legs. A gentle wrist stretch is included among the upper body stretches.
