The Kena Upanishad belongs to the 9th chapter of Talavakara Brahmana of the Samaveda. As it begins with “केनेषितं पतति प्रेषितं मनः” the name Kena Upanishad has been given. The Upanishad is divided into 4 Khanda each dealing with the nature of Knowledge, awakening and finally the eternal truth of oneness.
