Delta Notch Patterning Simulation
CompuCell3D/SBML integration tutorial.
Example showing a CC3D simulation where each cell has a delta-notch patterning mechanism (Collier & Maini, 1996). The cells are colored by their Notch concentration.
Initially all cells have high, but random concentrations of Notch that immediately goes down due to lateral inhibition and later goes up in some cells until a spatial pattern is reached.
