1 handful of Spinach
100g Mushroom of your choice (I used Shimeji and Eryngii)
40g Bacon
1 tsp Vegetable oil
2 tsp Unsalted butter
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Black pepper
Spring onion to garnish
