WEIGHT REC'S:
Light to medium: 1-3 lbs
Medium to challenging burn: 5-8 lbs
* For reference I am using 3lbs DB's in this video

Reps are usually based on your goals, but for this series I have targeted the reps to be 8-10 reps for leaning out the legs, and keeping your body strong and healthy :)
