3D Printed Mini-ITX PC Case Build | AIO 240 w/ Temp Display + Assembly Progress

In this episode of my Mini-ITX console-style PC build series, I review the latest 3D-printed case panels, test a 240mm AIO CPU cooler with an integrated temperature display, and continue the assembly process as this compact system takes shape.

This build focuses on small-form-factor engineering, custom fabrication, airflow optimization, and cooling performance inside a console-sized ITX footprint. The goal is to explore how far you can push modern PC hardware using 3D printing and smart component selection.

I’m also testing a new camera setup in this video. Audio improvements are coming soon with the addition of a dedicated microphone to improve overall production quality for future episodes.
