Numerous vendors sell many different varieties of Northern Thai Sausages. Some like this - meatball style, others are ropes of meat that can extend up to 12 feet in length. These "ropes" are coiled up in a circle and grilled, then cut to order based on length requested. Other styles are like Italian sausage links in America, think Johnsonville hot Italian Sausage. I have always loved those especially for my homemade spaghetti sauce, however, Thai sausages are extremely unique and have there own flavor profile not found anywhere else in the world.
