This authentic German restaurant has a new home. It is located just on the east side of the Ping river south of the Iron Bridge. They are open for lunch and dinner serving high quality food at extremely reasonable prices. The lunch buffet is 222 baht and the dinner buffet is 260 baht. The variety, quality and freshness of the entree and dessert items equals any five-star resort here in Chiang Mai. Off the beaten path, but well worth the ten minute trip from the Old City. We have lived in Chiang Mai for close to 6 years, there are 1,850 restaurants and who knows how many street food vendors, and this is one of the best values in town. Please DO NOT go because I do not want it to get too crowded and have the prices go up. Thank you
