Launch Then Iterate: It'll Never Be Perfect
Have you been working behind the scenes for too long, without launching or publishing anything?
When you're building something — whether it's a business, product, website, product, or app — it's never going to be perfect in your eyes, as a founder or visionary.
If you allow yourself to continue developing or submitting changes without a specific launch deadline, you may never really get it out there. You also won't be able to properly test the idea, and you may even miss your window.
Keeping momentum is key.
Building up hype is important.
This requires you to put something out there into the world. Remember, everyone out there doesn't know your vision, and they of course can't see what's in your head.
It's never going to be perfect.
The fact is, if you launch your website with for example 3 out of the 7 sections available, or if you only put up 3 products on your store instead of the full collection of 10, you're giving people something to come back for later. They also likely won't even know what's not "ready".
But it can still have an impact.
We live in a digital-first world. A reminder that you are able to continue to edit your website, refine your messaging, continue to add content and clarify, and add new products infinitely once it's out there — but I encourage you to launch, then iterate.
