Going Vegan | Trying a Plant-Based Diet

Kicking off the month of October, before Thanksgiving hits, I'm going vegan for a week. I understand that the terms "vegan" and "plant-based" have a ton of variation, lifestyles and principles behind them, however I am doing this loosely and for the sole purpose of trying it out and taking a break from meat and dairy.
