How To Use AI As A Creator To Save Time

The AI conversation has matured. It is not about replacement or dismissal anymore, it is about how good you can actually make AI at your specific work. In this livestream, Matt and I walk through how I am using ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini in my content workflow, where each one fits, and how to bridge the gap between casual chat usage and a real assistant that knows your audience, voice, and formats.

What we cover:
• Helper mode vs agent mode, and why most creators are leaving the agent side on the table
• Five practical helper-mode use cases: brainstorming, drafting with style, working with transcripts, audience comment digestion, and research
• Why one-shot prompts cap out, and what to do about it
• Skills (Claude), custom GPTs (ChatGPT), and gems (Gemini): same idea, different platforms
• How I structure skills so context stays focused and outputs stay consistent
• Transcript tools we actually use: MacWhisper with Parakeet on Mac, Good Tape on Windows
• A quick word on Cast Magic, Riverside, and Descript, and where third-party wrappers run into ceilings
• Pitfalls: hallucinations, security, stacking subscriptions, model updates breaking your skills
• My current pipeline, from daily research through outline, script, recording, and YouTube metadata

The goal is not to replace yourself with AI. It is to stop reteaching the model every conversation, save the time you are losing to context resets, and keep a human in the loop where it matters.
