The Rankin Files: Lifting the Lid
In 2019, Scottish crime writer Ian Rankin donated his literary archive to the National Library of Scotland. For the past year, Rosemary Hall, appointed Ian Rankin Project Curator, has arranged and catalogued this unique and important collection of materials, discovering numerous gems along the way. In this recorded talk, Rankin and Hall discuss the collection, illuminating individual items of interest, as well exploring the process of archiving the materials.
