A Bad Trip Cured My Eating Disorder...

It's taken me a long time, and three attempts to record this, because it's really bloody hard to put psychedelic experiences into words! Particularly when you're trying to sum up the feelings and realisations that really hit for me, when it came to changing my life. But I do plan to make more videos around these subjects, both ED-wise, and drug experience stuff, so stick around! :D

There is more and more information online now about experimenting safely with psychedelics, as I said I recommend the channel Psyched Substance, he has another called SWIM, try the Bluelight forums, though take everything there with a large grain of salt; it is only an individual's experience, & many people there ARE very unsafe in what they do...but it is a good place for a wealth of trip reports & experiences. The Erowid site is an absolute classic too, and microdosing seems to be becoming the new thing in terms of managing depression, bar, obviously, the extreme difficulty of keeping up a reliable, safe dose when you're talking street drugs or self-picked wild mushrooms... :-/

tl;dr - stay safe - research, and if you feel 'off' on the day, not in quite the right headspace, WAIT - you can trip any other time; the fact I went into this trip depressed was what made it so awful, and thank god I only ate half the box, not the whole thing!
