现在正是南瓜上市的季节,这个周和大家分享两款用南瓜做的面包食谱.
今天和大家分享的南瓜饼(也可以叫南瓜面包),不用烤箱,两次发酵完成后直接放到平底锅里煎熟即可,简单又方便,需要注意的是,一定要用小小火来煎,不然真的会糊掉,我家电炉调到2.8的火力两面共用20分钟,煎出来的效果非常好,大家可以根据自己炉具来做相应调整。煎第一面的时候下面可以垫层烘焙纸(有烘焙效果),翻面后就可以撤掉烘焙纸,如果不用烘焙纸也可以,就是火力再调低一点。
中筋面粉 200克
南瓜泥 100克
鸡蛋 1个
速发酵母 3克
白糖 12克
盐 2克
油 15克

平底锅不用放油,打开炉灶调到小小火(我家电炉调到2.8的火力),把垫了烘焙纸的面包生胚放进去,第一面煎12分钟,翻面后再煎8分钟即可。煎制时间可以根据自家炉灶火力做出调整,但两面煎制时间不建议少于15分钟。
