Repairing Solar Water Distiller

Having to Repair Solar Water Distiller. I found that I used the wrong material for the drip edge. It shouldn't be made from a hot glue gun. It is supposed to get hot in the distiller and melts the glue.. duh! So I cut the seal on the glass top and replaced the glue with a bead of silicone.
