🌕2 sudu kicap pekat (2 tbsp thick soy sauce)
🌕2 sudu kicap manis (2 tbsp sweet soy sauce)
🌕1 sudu sos cili (1 tbsp chilli sauce)
🌕1 biji bawang merah (1 shallot)
🌕3 ulas bawang putih (3 cloves garlic)
🌕150g ayam (150g chicken)
🌕1 sudu cili boh (1 tbsp chilli paste)
🌕400g mee kuning (400g noodles)
🌕Sayur (Veggies)
🌕Lada (Chillies) 🌕1 biji telur (1 egg) - forgot to include in video 🌕Garam (Salt)

Puasa Day 3 : Chicken Chop 🍗🍗

🔥for Black Pepper Sauce
🌕2 sudu mentega (2 tbsp butter)
🌕1 biji bawang holland (1 holland onion)
🌕1 sudu tepung gandum (1 tbsp wheat flour)
🌕1 cawan air (1 cup water)
🌕1 sudu sos tiram (1 tbsp oyster sauce)
🌕1 sudu kicap manis (1 tbsp sweet soy sauce)
🌕1 sudu lada hitam (1 tbsp black pepper)
🌕Garam (salt)

Puasa Day 4 - Sotong cicah Thai Sauce🐙
