Fixing a canon mx490 printing blur issue due to a dirty Encoder film

Try this out if you are having issues even after you have completed the alignment and deep cleaning with no success. The alignment wouldn't work, cleaning or deep cleaning either but I found a dirty encoder film being the problem. After I cleaned it i was back in business.

I blame this on a paper jam I had because after the jam I started having the issue. Its all fixed after I cleaned it.
