How to Install Epson Carriage Scale Timing Encoder Strip

If you see the printer displays "carriage linear scale failure," or the printer produces blurry images, even after alignment and cleaning the timing encoder strip, you may want to change to a new CR encoder strip. The CR stands for printhead carriage assembly. We showed detailed steps to accomplish the task. The same procedure also works for Epson I3110, Epson I805, and other Epson EcoTank.
