Invest In Your Style & Prioritize Yourself in 2024!

Just a few days ago, I shared a hilarious @nbcsnl skit in my stories about a mom who only receives a robe for Christmas, then proceeds to cook while her kids and husband enjoy their lavish amount of gifts... While we can all giggle at the hint of reality in the skit, it’s SO important that you don’t let your needs be overlooked. So many of us (myself included) are guilty of putting everyone and everything else first... and ourselves last. We’re happy to buy nice things for others, but feel guilty about buying something for ourselves. You DO deserve nice things. You ARE worthy.

Some of you may have read my recent story on the blog about buying a Chanel bag... how I wrestled with feeling worthy and felt guilty for not spending that money on my kids, home, and husband. (You can find the post on BusbeeStyle.com) How you treat yourself may look different. It could be taking a trip, buying a special investment piece, getting a massage, or simply taking a quiet bubble bath... Whatever you choose, my hope for you is that you will show up for yourself this coming week... and this coming year. Don’t be afraid to prioritize YOU.
