Love Yourself...You Are Worthy! Join Our Challenge #shorts

How do you talk to yourself? How do you love yourself?

Team Busbee recently went on a retreat at Miraval Resort in Tucson, Arizona. We laughed, we cried, we strategized, and we grew both individually and together through the experience. All of us thought that the retreat changed us in impactful ways.

As we sat around the dinner table on our last night sharing our key takeaways from the trip, I was struck by how special this group of women was sitting in front of me. Each one so beautiful, both inside and out, with unconditional support and encouragement radiating from within them.

I found myself feeling overwhelmed with the amount of genuine love present in that moment. Overwhelmed with not only my own love for each of the incredible women on the team, but with the love being poured out from each of them. It was another powerful and necessary reminder that I am worthy. Worthy of my own love, the love of others, and so much more.

If you are struggling with your worth… with your image, with your value, with loving who you are… let me be your mirror.

You are beautiful.

You are worthy.

You are perfect exactly as you are.

No exceptions.

Celebrate yourself, nurture yourself, and love yourself. Be kind and be gentle to yourself, in your words and actions. Surround yourselves with others who see you and mirror to you the amazing and valuable woman that you are.
