This Tiger I Ausf. H1 V1. The very first real Tiger I. It was rushed through production in April '42 and has some interessting features like the Vorpanzer.

I used Rye Field Model RFM 5001, the inital release, to convert this kit, however I'd recommend you use the RFM 5075 eastern front Tiger instead, you have a much better time since there are not as many modifications nessary and you have the right type of drive wheel in the kit. - but you will ahve to print a set of early tracks, since V1 does not use mirrored ones.
