Pandan Gula Melaka Sliced Cake Recipe | One is never enough

Kek span pandan

4 telur | eggs
1/2 cup gula kastor | 100 gram | caster sugar
1 tsp ovalette | emulsifier
1 cup tepung gandum | 160 gram | all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup santan | 60 ml | coconut milk
1 sk pandan essens
1 sk pewarna makanan hijau | green food coloring
1/4 cup mentega cair | 60 ml | melt salted butter

Sirup gula melaka | palm sugar syrup

1/2 cup gula melaka | 70 gram | palm sugar
1/2 cup air | 120 ml | water
1 tbsp tepung jagung | corn starch
Daun pandan | pandan leaves

Swiss meringue buttercream gula melaka

1/4 cup gula pasir | 60 gram | granulated sugar
1/4 cup putih telur | 1 putih telur | white egg
125 gram mentega sejuk | cold salted butter
2 tbsp sirup gula melaka | palm sugar syrup

Tips

For gula melaka swiss meringue buttercream
Make sure bowl for egg white is clean
Beat egg white with high speed for 2-3 minutes before adding cold butter
Make sure butter is cold from refrigerator cut into small cube
